Seven super powders
Botanical therapeutics are best appreciated by our body when both digestibility and delivery are optimized. Here is a recipe with the understanding that knowledge improves utilization and trust in the process of wellness.
In keeping with the principle that less processing allows for max nutrient availability, selecting a digestible formula (not encased in a capsule or diluted in fibers) is an important aspect as well to ensure your body can access the plant compounds when consumed. This can be achieved by utilizing food powders, which are dehydrated and mechanically pulverized whole foods.
Also helpful for gut assimilation of nutrients is selecting a vehicle or format for daily ingestion that is not prohibited by lack of time to prepare or complicated instructions.
Combine all dry herbs below in a strong blender and run until mixed and finely powdered. Store in a glass jar for daily use of ~1 tbsp daily mixed into your daily tea, water, beverage of choice. May be combined with a dose of greens or tincture, do consult your herbal nutritionist or medical practioner if concern for pharma-nutrient interactions.
